Toby's Windmill is a destination based off the episode Toby's Windmill. The rear lever on the top half can be pushed to spin the windmill's sails, and the lever on the bottom half is used to load barrels of flour into the barrel car included.
Trivia
- Toby's Windmill is a combination of two older destinations. The top half is based on the Windmill, and the bottom half is based on the Barrel Loader.
