The Sodor Paint Factory is a destination. It comes with a Cargo Car, two Paint Barrels, and a 6" straight track piece which connects to the side of the factory. Pressing the lever loads the paint barrels into the Cargo Car through a series of chutes which then drops the paint barrel into the car.
