Hard At Work Percy and Mail Car is a promotional value pack based on the episode Thomas, Percy and the Mail Train. It includes a "hard at work" Percy and a Sodor Mail Car. It was available in the US as a mail order exclusive from Learning Curve where after spending enough money on Wooden Railway items, sending in a proof of purchase would allow the pack to be sent out to the customer. In Australia and Canada, it was sold the following year as a regular release.

Percy and Thomas enjoy pulling the Mail Train around the Island of Sodor. While the job can be hard work, the engines know it is very important. Because Percy and Thomas keep the Mail Train running like clockwork, everyone calls it “the pride of the line.”
Trivia[]
- The prototype features Percy with a slightly different face and the mail car with blue windows. Interestingly, the blue windows were implimented on the mail car after the recall.
- The mail car was recalled for lead paint in 2007. After the recall, the mail car's windows were recolored from white to blue.
