Trivia[]
- The prototype set shows a Talking Railway Series Thomas, the Coal Loader from the Toby and the Whistling Woods Set, a piece of white gravel in the Coal Car instead of blue, round plastic connectors on the Switch Tracks, slightly different details on the 4 mountain pieces included, and the crane with a black arm, yellow roof, and bigger head.
- The front and back of the box show a 2004 Thomas and a 2004 Rheneas instead of the 2011 and 2012 versions included respectively.
- The crane in this set uses a modified stacking riser as its base.
- Rheneas along with Sir Handel and Peter Sam are advertised on the back of the box as more engines to collect, despite Rheneas already being included in the set.
