The Honey Depot is a destination. It includes a barrel car and two barrels of honey. Pressing the roof on the loader lifts a honey barrel and drops it into the barrel car. The side of the building features a beehive full of bees that spin when the roof is pressed.

- The Honey Depot, Sodor Sugar Mill, and Fish Food Factory all share a common flaw where over time the mechanisms can become faulty, causing the lifting port to either jump right up, or not go up at all.
- Over time, the liquid in the honey barrels can become clear instead of yellow.
